Yevonne H. Olsson

Yevonne H. Olsson, 100, of Cleveland passed away Friday, January 29, 2021 in a local health care facility.  She was a receptionist at Charleston Hosiery Mills.  Yevonne was a founding member of the Pilot Club where she served as secretary.  She was a member of Blue Springs Baptist Church.  Her hobbies included reading, traveling and cooking.   Yevonne was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roger Thurman Hamby and Ida Crain Hamby; husband, John A. Olsson; sisters, Irene Disney and Ruth Olsson; and brothers, J. L. Hamby and Earl Hamby.

Survivors include her daughter, Maureen P. Lovelace and husband, Don F. of Ooltewah; granddaughter, Anne Marie Landin and husband, Lance of Cornelius NC; great granddaughter, Cadance Riley Landin; and several nieces and nephews:  Judy Graham, Roberta Barfield, Janet Phillips, Roger Disney, Phil Olsson and Todd Finnell.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 31, 2021, at Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with Pastor David Disney officiating.  A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service.
