Walter "Ed" Mingie

Walter “Ed” Mingie, 76, a lifelong residence of Reliance, passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at his home.  He retired after 40 plus years from Robinson/Tindell Building Supply.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willard and Elsie Wilson; and sister, Nellie Wilson.

Survivors include his loving wife, Sarah Juanita Mingie; children, Mitchell Mingie of Reliance and Gary Mingie (Donna) of Cleveland; two grandchildren, Justin Mingie of South Carolina and Isaiah Mingie of Cleveland; and brother, Bill Wilson of Cleveland.

His family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 6, 2022 at Fike-Randolph & Son Funeral Home.
