Virginia Ruth "Jennie" Mullinax

Virginia Ruth (Jennie) Mullinax went to see her heavenly Father on Monday, July 7, 2025, after a battle with Alzheimer’s.

She made her home at Legacy Village for several years. She was the bookkeeper for Superior Oldsmobile & Cadillac and was a charter member of Westmore Church of God.

Jennie is preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Jessie; her brothers and sisters, Charles “Red” (Geneva), Donald (Janet), Dorothy “Dot” (Joe), baby sister, Sandy; two very special nephews, Greg Grigsby and Ryan Lenderman and a special friend Alice.

She is survived by nieces and nephew and their husbands and wives, Debi, Doug, Jeff, Angela, Jan, Tom, Connie, Don Alan, Jodi, Craig, Jane, Christy, Cindy, Shane, Charlie, Staci, Chad and Gena; brother-in-law, Allan and many younger nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00 to 11:00 am prior to the service.

Graveside service will be at 11:30 am at Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with Reverend Phil Looney officiating and Poole Funeral Home directing.
