Victoria Lynn Rumage Cline, 65, of Cleveland, passed away Thursday, May 21, 2020, in a local hospital. She taught school at Blythe-Bower Elementary School and retired from the Cleveland City School system with 20 years of service. She was a member of St. Therese of Lisieux Catholic Church. She enjoyed spending her time fishing, painting, and crocheting. She was a loving wife, mother, and daughter.
She was preceded in death by her parents, parents, Edward Rumage and Marlene Cobb Rumage; sister, Terri Rumage, and brother, David Rumage.
She is survived by her husband of 44 years, John Franklin Cline; two children, Laura Kathleen Cline (Austin Allen) of New Orleans, Louisiana, and Michael Edward Cline of Cleveland; sister, Mary Lee Rumage of Knoxville; brother, Michael Jay Rumage of Florence, Alabama; and several nieces and nephews also survive.
A celebration of her life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, 2020, in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home. The service will be live-streamed on Ralph Buckner Funeral Home’s Facebook page for you to view.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. prior to the service.
