Ulyless Lee Fields

Ulyless Lee Fields, 81 of Cleveland, TN passed away Tuesday, March 5^th, 2024.

Lee was born in Rogersville, TN and spent most of his life in the Cleveland, Tn area. He was a former member of Phillippi Baptist Church and a current member of South View Baptist Church. Lee was a proud US Army veteran who served in Vietnam. He loved to watch Western movies, Perry Mason, and game shows and was a common fixture at the Fann House restaurant. Lee was a very positive person, caring, loving, helpful, and devoted to his faith. He will be missed by many.

Lee was preceded in death by his parents, Buster and Savannah Fields; grandchildren, Latasha Nichole Graham and Shenna Marie Fields; and Sister: Paulette Henderson. 

Survivors include his wife, Teresa King; children, David (T-Ann) Fields and Leah (Chris) Mussared; grandchildren: Shanna (Taylor) Nichols, Chelsey Goodwin, Justin Graham, Emily Graham, Tyler Mussared, David Lee Fields Jr., Dausen Anthony Pomaika’maikalani Fields, Chanesty Ann Anelamaliemaikalani Fields, Bradley Goodwin (Janey), Naaman Goodwin (Alexus), and Briana Goodwin. great grandchildren: Kairi Hale, Kiara Hale, Ezra Nichols, Marlie Goodwin, Baylee Goodwin, Zoey Goodwin, Charlie Goodwin, Jahvon Kidd; sister, Barbara (Tom) Christian; Nieces; Anita Christian (Tim) and Angela Jones. Nephews; Larry Christian (Teresa), and Darrell Christian (Sue).

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 12 , 2024 from 5-7pm at Poole Funeral Home & Cremation Services on Cleveland, 3000 Ralph Buckner Blvd. NE Cleveland, TN 37311.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, March 13^th, 2024 at 2pm in the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
