Sheila Kimsey

Sheila Kimsey, age 70, a resident of Charleston, TN, passed away Monday, September 6, 2021 in Cleveland, TN. She was a loving and dedicated homemaker, as well as a devoted  member of First Baptist Church, Cleveland, TN.  She also enjoyed spending time with her beloved grandchildren and her dogs.

She was preceded in death by her father, Hoyt Parris of Chickamauga, GA, and her mother Ernestine Hagler and stepfather H.D “Buck” Hagler of Cleveland, TN.

She is survived by her husband, Buddy Kimsey of Cleveland, TN; her brother, Scott Hagler of Cleveland; her sister, Ellen Beck and husband, Dewitt Beck of Benton, TN; daughter Mandy and husband, Mike Scoggins of Old Fort, TN; daughter Catherine and husband Brad Turner of Cleveland, TN; son, Jonathan and wife, Brook Kimsey of Cleveland, TN; grandchildren Kimsey and Colby Ann Turner; Michael Scoggins and Ashley McAlister and husband, Daniel, as well as several nieces and nephews.

A Graveside Service will be held Thursday, September 9, 2021 at 2:30 at Sunset Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Tom Wickes officiating.  A white dove release ceremony and the playing of bagpipes will conclude the service.
