Nora A. Higgins

Nora A. Higgins, 80, of Decatur, TN, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 28, 2025. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Roy Higgins.

She is survived by her sister, Brenda Farrar; seven children, Abby Rayburn (Les), Penny Crowden (Melvin), Susie Willoughby (Michael), Donna Taylor, Tony McNabb (Crystal), Melissa Lowe (Stanley), and James “Buddy” McNabb (Jennifer); 19 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Poole Funeral Home, 3000 Ralph Buckner Blvd., Cleveland, TN 37311. A chapel service will follow at 12:00 p.m., with Justin Howard officiating. Interment will be held at Hillcrest Cemetery.
