Manuel Santiago, age 81, passed away at a Bradley County healthcare facility on December 14, 2020.
He is survived by his wife; children; grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and many friends.
The family will have a Memorial Service at El Shaddi Church of God 2615 Guthrie St NW, Cleveland, TN 37311, 12:00 p.m. Saturday, January 2, 2020.
