Linda Joyce Goins Lipps

Linda Joyce Goins Lipps, 80, passed away peacefully at her home in Cleveland on Thursday, December 22, 2022. She was a loving mother and was of the Christian faith. She was retired from Big Lots where she was a Customer Service Supervisor. She was an avid fan of the Tennessee Lady Vols. She was a longtime member of the SPCA and was active in pet rescue and adoption.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Jewel Howard Goins, and her three siblings, C.L. Goins, Francis Jenkins, and Pauline Davis.

She is survived by her sons, Greg Lipps (Crystal), and Parrish Lipps (Reba), both of Cleveland, and two nieces, Sharon Lambert (Duane), and Alta Taylor, also of Cleveland.

Services will be held at a later date.
