Kenneth J. Uselton

Kenneth J. Useleton, 67, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Thursday, September 2 , 2021 in Cleveland, TN.  Kenneth retired from the Tennessee Highway patrol in 2008 after 32 years of service.  

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Ralph Uselton and Katherine McBride Uselton.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Deborah Uselton of Cleveland, daughter, Danielle Uselton and son, Scott Uselton of Cleveland, TN; as well as close family friends, Chase Carrol and Jeff Wagner, two men he thought of as his own.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, September 5, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with the Rev. Bryan Mowery officiating. Interment will be Sunday, September 5, 2021 at Lee Cemetery, McDonald TN, with the Tennessee Highway Patrol Honor Guard service as Pallbearers.  A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service.

The family will receive friends from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Saturday, and from 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m. on Sunday prior to the service at the funeral home. Special thanks to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office, the Bradley County EMS, and the Bradley County 911 Communications and Sodexo at Lee University.
