Joe Jack Hicks, 67, a resident of Cleveland, Tennessee, died Sunday, March 8, 2020 at Hospice Care Center in Chattanooga.
He was born on January 21, 1953 to the late James and Juanita Stewart Hicks.
He is preceded in death by his parents and infant sister Ruth Hicks.
He is survived by his sister Janice (Keith) Sewell of Cleveland, and three brothers, Ricky Phillip (Regina) Hicks of Cleveland, Tommy Lee (Sherry) Hicks of Cleveland, Jimmy W. (Linda) Hicks of Ocoee, Tennessee; Several nieces and nephews also survive.
A Celebration of his life will be on Thursday March 12, 2020 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with the Reverend Richard Watson officiating. Interment will follow at Chilcutt Cemetery with a white dove release ceremony and playing of bagpipes will conclude the service.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday March 11, 2020 from 5:00-7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
