Jerry Lynn Walker

Jerry Lynn Walker, 78, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at a local healthcare facility.  She retired as a receptionist with Coca Cola.  Jerry was a member of North Cleveland Church of God.  She was a loving mother and grandmother.  

She was preceded in death by her mother, Cletta Wales Walker; son, Gregory Raymond Ballenger; granddaughter, Nicole Rae Burnette; and great granddaughter, Kelsey Nicole Burnette.

Survivors include her daughter, Tamarah “Tammy” Montieth and husband, Robert Bressler of Cleveland; son, Billy Ballenger of Cleveland; two grandchildren, Jeffery Burnette and wife, Joyce of Etowah and David Burnette of Englewood; five great grandchildren; and many loved cousins.

The funeral will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, September 11, 2020 in the chapel of Fike-Randolph & Son Funeral Home with Pastor Mitch Maloney officiating.  A graveside service will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at Hilcrest Memorial Gardens.

Her family will receive friends from 5:00 –7:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home prior to the service.
