James Teligades

James Teligades, age 69, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Saturday, December 25, 2021 in Cleveland, TN.  He was of the Greek Orthodox faith and enjoyed spending time with his family while listening to Greek music and cooking delicious Greek food.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John Teligades and Constantina Tzimas.

He is survived by Sondra Teligades of Chattanooga, children:  Catherine Teligades of Chattanooga, Yanni Teligades (Melissa) of Cleveland, TN, Alexandria Teligades (Brad Patterson) of Cleveland, TN, Olga Polyakova-Forrester (Daniel) of Atlanta, GA; grandchildren:  Bella, Ladon, Aletheia, Hazel, Raiya, Delilah.

A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, January 3, 2022 at 2:30 P.M. at Ralph Buckner Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at Lee Cemetery. A white dove release ceremony and the playing of bagpipes will conclude the service.  The family will receive loved ones from 12:30 – 2:30 P.M. on Monday, January 3, 2022 prior to the service at the funeral home.
