Helen Joyce Earls

Helen Joyce (Hewitt) Earls, 90, of Cleveland, passed away Sunday July 26, 2020 at her home. 

She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years Prince Andy Earls, Sr.; parents William Bart Hewitt and Blanche Lovingood Hewitt; siblings Van, Hoyt, Bill, Dale, Dean, and Blue Eyed Baby Hewitt. 

She is survived by her children Kathy Cook (David) and Prince Andy Earls, Jr. (Cindy) both of Cleveland; grandchildren Amanda Cass (Michael), Trent Miller (Cheryl), and Tanner Miller; great-grandchildren Quentin Powell and Cameron Cass; siblings Dorothy Overgaard of LA, Buddy Hewitt (Gloria) of Cleveland, and Mickey Hewitt (Shirlene) of Cleveland; special care givers Hannah Bandy, Sharon Smith, and Justin Clark; several nieces and nephews also survive.

A celebration of her life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 30, 2020, in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with the Reverend Joe Brooks officiating. Interment will follow in Earls Cemetery, a white dove release ceremony and playing of bagpipes will conclude the service.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at the funeral home.
