Heidi Jo Hall, 48, passed away peacefully on May 10th, 2025, at Hamilton Medical Center in Dalton, Georgia. She was surrounded by family and friends.

Heidi was born at Salem Hospital in Salem, Ohio, and grew up in the village of Lisbon, in Columbiana County, Ohio. She was at the time of her passing a resident of Cleveland, Tennessee.

She was preceded in her passing by her loving parents, James Lathen Hall and Barbara Hall nee Pettigrew. She is survived by her husband, Eric Scott Pickard; two aunts, Sandy Howard and Martha Householder; many cousins; and her sister, Jennifer Tucker, Brother-in-Law Braydon Tucker, and her beloved nephew, Lathen Tucker, whom she called “her Critter.”

A graduate of Youngstown State University with a degree in Environmental Science, Heidi was a world traveler, traveling to Europe and Japan, and living everywhere from the Pacific Northwest to Boston, Massachusetts. She made fast and lifelong friends everywhere she went, including the women she referred to as her soul sisters, Chrissy, Myra, Katrina, and Melody, and her “brothers” Roman and Jamie, among countless others who knew and loved her.

It would be remiss to not mention her love of animals, being the adopted mother of eight cats and a guinea pig.

She will be remembered for her kindness, humor, and smile, as well as her deep love of nature.

Memorial services in Ohio and Tennessee will be announced at a later date.
