Geneva B. Brewer

October 14, 1928 — December 31, 2025

In Loving Memory of  Geneva Brewer

Geneva Brewer, age 97, peacefully entered her heavenly home on December 31, 2025, after a long life filled with love, faith, and family. She was born on October 14, 1928, and devoted her life to the Lord, her family, and the values that shaped generations.

Geneva was a God-fearing woman and a faithful member of the Church of God. Her faith was lived daily through kindness, prayer, and quiet strength. She trusted the Lord through every season of life, leaned on Scripture, and believed deeply in grace, forgiveness, and love. Her life reflected a steady, unwavering faith and a heart devoted to serving others.

Her home was a place of warmth, peace, and welcome. Geneva believed in putting family first, helping others whenever she could, and offering kindness without expecting anything in return. She taught by example, showing what it meant to love deeply, live faithfully, and treat others with compassion.

She was a devoted mother, grandma, and matriarch whose influence will live on for generations. Her wisdom was cherished, her prayers were valued, and her love was constant. She understood the importance of family and legacy, passing her faith and values from one generation to the next.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Brewer; her parents, Carl and Chassie (Wooden) Trotter; her sisters, Zelma Holt, Hazel Avans, and Georgetta Black; her daughter, Vicki Hamilton; and her granddaughter, Stephanie Johnson.
Geneva is survived by her beloved grandchildren: Andy Poole, Sonya Poole, Chris (Jennie) Poole, Cody (Amanda) Casteel, Neil (Laura) Hamilton, Troy (Angie) Hamilton, and Matt (Brittany) Hamilton; along with great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and great-great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her son-in-law, Dewight Hamilton; her loving brother, Wesley Trotter; and several nieces and nephews.

We find comfort and joy knowing Grandma is now at peace and has heard the words she lived her life preparing for, “Well done, good and faithful servant.” Her faith has become sight, and her love and prayers will continue to surround her family.

Her legacy of faith, love, and kindness will live on for generations.
