Frances Elaine Kile Roderick, 77, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2022, in a local hospital. She was of the Baptist faith and had lived in the area most of her life.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James A. Roderick; parents, Afton Kile and Frances Irene Jackson Kile; sister, Janice Clark; brother, Buddy Kile; and daughter-in-law, Amie Shepard Roderick.
She is survived by her five children, Tyson Roderick, Tara Hillman, Regina Lane and husband Scotty, Tonya Jones and husband Lee, all of Cleveland, and Shera Martin and husband David of Cleveland, GA; grandchildren, Jacob Roderick, Hunter Smith, Savannah Martin, Sawyer Martin, Skyler Jones, Cheyna Mooneyham, C.J. Jones, and Lea Jones; brothers, Bill Kile and wife Myrtle, David Kile, and Michael Kile; sisters, Kathy Kile, and Diane Congioloso and husband Bruce; and several nieces and nephews also survive.
A celebration of her life will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Reverend Joe Brooks officiating. Interment will follow in the Chattanooga National Cemetery with the Bradley ROTC members serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. prior to the service on Wednesday.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Elaine’s funeral expenses and mailed to Ralph Buckner Funeral Home at 3000 Ralph Buckner Boulevard, Cleveland, TN 37311.
