Frances Elizabeth Collins Quarles

Frances Elizabeth Collins Quarles, 89, formerly of Cleveland, passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2022, in a healthcare facility in Cartersville, GA. She was a member of Pine Hill Cumberland Presbyterian Church in McDonald.
She was preceded death by her husband, James “Bud” Quarles; parents, Henry Clay Collins, Sr., and Daisy Mae Lowery Quarles; one son, Terry Wayne Quarles; five siblings, Jesse Igou, Jane Phillips, Inez Collins, George Collins, and Henry Clay Collins, Jr.
She is survived by her daughter, Kathy L. Quarles Cannon of Cartersville, GA; four grandchildren, Shanna Garner, Ariel Cowan, Zachery and Amy Quarles, and Nathan Quarles; nine great-grandchildren, Alexander Fuller, Chloe Fuller, Lucas Quarles, Sarah Quarles, Haley Cowan, Zelda Cowan, Harley Cowan, Carley Cowan, and Daryl Cowan; and several nieces and nephews also survive
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Saturday, October 29, 2022, at Pine Hill Cemetery in McDonald, TN, with Reverend Bill Griffith officiating.
