Christopher Grant Lewis

Christopher Grant Lewis, 41, of Cleveland, passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2022.  He had lived in the area his entire life and was of the Baptist faith.  He was a member of Greenwood Baptist Church. 

He is preceded in death by his father, Charles “Bronie” Lewis; grandparents, Chester and Martha Lewis and Elder and Irene Smith; uncles James M. Smith and Gary L. Smith; and a very special cousin Cody Smith.

He is survived by his three children, Christian Lewis, Briana Lewis, and Bryson Lewis; mother, Charlotte June Smith Lewis; brothers Charles Bruce Lewis and wife Selena and Mike Lewis; and several nieces and nephews and many friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Sunday, May 1, 2022 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Reverend Ricky Vaughn officiating.  Interment will follow at Eastview McDonald Cemetery in Ooltewah with Thomas Turner, Hunter Lewis, Tyler Lewis, and Chase Dawson, Jeremiah Sims, and Matt Johnson serving as pallbearers.  A white dove release ceremony and the playing of bagpipes will conclude the service. 

The family will receive friends on Sunday from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. prior to the service at the funeral home.
