Chelcie “Jip” Shahan, 82, of Cleveland, passed away on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at his home. He was born in Polk County to the late James Arnold Shahan and Mandy Hicks Shahan. He was a member of Big Spring Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Frankie Rayfield.
He is survived by his sister, Norma Lee Guyer of Cleveland; brother, James Shahan of Cleveland; other family members, Theresa Welch and husband Tony of Ringgold, GA, Ronnie Walters of Cleveland, Christy Stansel and husband Jim of Cleveland, and Ken Guyer and wife Melissa of Cleveland.
