Catherine “Kat” Pankey, of Chattanooga, passed away December 26, 2024.
She was a long-time employee of Chubby’s BBQ and attended Cowboy Church. Kat was a fun loving and outgoing person and a loving mother and sister.
Preceded in death by her parents, William Doyle and Anna Childers; she leaves behind two sons, Eric Dwane Pankey (Heather) and Austin Blake Pankey (Amanda); sister, Gaylene Childers Cobb (Edward); aunt, Deborah Childers Baker (Jeff); and many nieces and nephews.
There will be no services at this time.
