Betty L. Petzko

Betty L. (Novesky) Petzko, 97, of Cleveland, passed away Saturday, March 7, 2020 in a local healthcare facility.  She was an avid seamstress who sewed hundreds of garments for children’s charities.  She loved music, playing golf, and going for walks.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years Edward John Petzko; mother Marie Scherer Novesky; siblings Thomas Novesky and Jack Novesky.

She is survived by her children Vicki Nord Petzko (David Soucy) of Chattanooga and Jack James Petzko (Barbara) of Cranbury, New Jersey; grandchildren Allison Petzko of Hightstown, NJ and Andrea Vassilev of Los Angeles, CA; several nieces and nephews also survive.

A celebration of her life will be conducted at Mueller Funeral Home in Grafton, Wisconsin on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at 11:00 a.m.

Her family will received friends Saturday, March 14, 2020 for one hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Betty’s memory to a charity of your choice or the Scenic City Chorus 2312 Wheeler Ave Chattanooga, TN 37406.
