Anna Mae Peters Greene

Anna Mae Peters Greene, 93, passed away on November 8, 2023 at her home surrounded by her family.  She was born in Jackson MI, moved to Toledo OH at a young age and relocated to Cleveland TN in 1962. 

She was a waitress at Cope’s, Earl’s and Holiday Inn Restaurants for many years and retired from M&M Mars.

Anna was preceded in death by her parents, Harry A. Peters and Ada Peters Rodenberger; her husband of 50 years, Ray E. Greene; daughters, Beverly Greene Lewis and Diana Greene; son, Jeffrey Greene; grandson, Michael Ray Greene; great grandsons, Chandler Caylor and Michael Greene; sister, Betty Satterlee; brothers, Carl, Norman and Robert Peters.

She is survived by her children, Rae Ella Greene Gee and Robert “Bobby” (Pam) Greene; siblings, Lil DeArmond of Fort Meyers, FL, Johnny Peters and Darlene Anderson of Las Vegas, NV; half-brother, Gary Peters; grandchildren, Darlene Lewis Caylor (Jamie) Hawkins, Mathew Gee,  Jarrod (Elaine) Brock, Stacy (Shea) Greene, Bradley (Amanda) Greene, Kyle (Amber) Greene; several great and great-great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; with one very special nice, Bonnie Falkenstein; two special friends/associates from M&M Mars, Carolyn Ledford and Doug Bunch.

There will not be a service and the family requests memorials be made to the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Ocoee Region, 403 S. Lee Hwy Cleveland TN 37311 or St. Jude’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis TN.
