William “Bill” Henry Shamblin, 93, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 31, 2021.  He was born in Riceville, Tennessee on November 2, 1928 to Lester and Marie Shamblin.  He was preceded in death, by his beautiful wife of 66 years, Eleanor “Kay” Howles Shamblin, who passed away on November 24, 2021.  Bill and Kay were married on August 20, 1955 in Hernando, Mississippi. They had three children, six grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
