Dale Patrick Bentkowski
March 17, 1935 — February 21, 2016
Dale Patrick Bentkowski, 80, of Cleveland passed away Sunday, February 21, 2016 in a Chattanooga hospital. He attended Cloverleaf Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John A. and Francis Kaja Bentkowski.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda Bentkowski of Cleveland; son, John (Sharon) Bentkowski of Albany, GA; granddaughters, Kimberly Jones of St Petersburg, FL., and Nina Bentkowski; and one sister.
There will be no service at this time.
