Brenda Gale Thompson

Brenda Gale Thompson, 64, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, passed away Thursday, February 9, 2017 at her home.  She was a former employee with Shaw Industries in their financial department. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel R. Thompson; parents, Claude and Mary Marlene Hall; and in-laws, Gene and Alva Nell Scott.

Survivors include son, Jeremy Dane Thompson and wife, Sheila of Cleveland; three grandchildren, Crystal McNabb and husband, Jody, Nathan Casteel and Alison Walker-Weir; and seven great grandchildren, Evan McNabb, Madison McNabb, Reagan McNabb, Caleb Casteel, Corban Casteel, Gavin Weir and Jonah Lewis.

The funeral will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 13, 2017 in the chapel of Fike-Randolph & Son Funeral Home with Pastor Lee Ingram officiating.  A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday at Samples Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery.  Nathan Casteel, Jody McNabb, Jeff Watson, Thomas Miles, Terry Curtis and David Goins will serve as pallbearers.  A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service.

Her family will receive friends from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home prior to the service.
