Peggy Verner Morrow

Peggy Verner Morrow, 82, of Cleveland, passed away Friday, March 9, 2018.  She was a member of Union Grove Church of Christ.  Peggy was a loving mother and a devoted sister and friend.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Eva Taylor Verner; and brothers, Bobby Verner, Jimmy Verner and Billy Verner; sisters, Elgin Johnson and Shirley Foster.        .

Survivors include her son, Randy Elliott of Chatsworth, GA; sister-in-law, Pat Elliott of Cleveland; special niece, Athena (Roger) Gilbert of Cleveland; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins.

The funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 12, 2018 in the chapel of Fike-Randolph & Son Funeral Home with Minister Steve Hall officiating.  Interment will follow in New Zion Baptist Church Cemetery in Farner, TN.

Her family will receive friends from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.

The family requests that memorials be made to Union Grove Church of Christ, 4889 Bates Pike, Cleveland TN 37311.
