Betty Jo Stinnett Lewis

Betty Jo Stinnett Lewis, 84, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, passed away Saturday, February 23, 2019 after a lengthy illness.  She was a longtime paper carrier for the Cleveland Daily Banner.   She was a member of Boanerges Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents Joe and Ona Stinnett; sister Bonnie Lewis, and brother George Stinnett, all of Cleveland, TN.

Survivors include her loving husband of 55 years Willard Ernest Lewis; children Marty Lewis of Dalton, Ernie (Shelley) Lewis of Dalton, and Joe Lewis of Cleveland; grandchildren, Will Lewis, Claudia Lewis, Sandy Centers, and Lindsay Lewis all of Dalton; sister Sue Bacon of Cleveland; 3 great grandchildren; Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 in the chapel of Fike-Randolph and Son Funeral Home with Reverend Mark Cameron, Lee Ingram and Randall Headrick officiating.  Interment will be Wednesday February 27 at 11:00am in Union Cemetery.

Her family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
