Preston H. Goins
January 9, 1948 — August 7, 2019
Preston H. Goins, 71, of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, August 7, 2019 in a Chattanooga Hospital. He was a member of Big Spring Baptist Church. He was former employee of Elastic Yarn, Dana Corporation and was a graduate of Tennessee Tech.
He was preceded in death by his father, Haven Goins.
He is survived by his mother, Rachel Pearl Wilson Goins of Cleveland; daughter, Melanie of Louisiana and several cousins.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 10, 2019 in Fort Hill Cemetery with the Reverend Phillip Caines officiating. His cousins will serve as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 10:45 a.m. on Saturday at Fike-Randolph and Son Funeral Home prior to the graveside service.
