Billy W. Washer II

Billy W. Washer II, 51, of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2019 in a local healthcare facility.  He was self employed as a dry wall installer.  Billy attended the Baptist church.

He was preceded in death by his father, Billy W. Washer; sister, Michelle Masters; and grandparents, Delton and Elsie Washer and Walter Bolen and Mamie Stephenson.

Survivors include his mother and step-father, Carlene and Lanny Masters of Cleveland; uncles, Phillip Washer and wife, Terri of Knoxville and Mark Stephenson and wife, Janice of Cleveland; aunt, Nelle Washer of Smithville, TN; and nephew, Jacob Stephenson of Cleveland.

A private graveside will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

His family will receive friends from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Friday, September 20, 2019 at Fike-Randolph & Son Funeral Home.
