Roddy Dane Smith

Roddy Dane Smith, age 51, a resident of Ooltewah, passed away Friday, January 06, 2006 at the residence. He was employed with Duracell for 32 years where he participated in the men?s softball league. Mr. Smith was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his godparents: James Haskell and Mabel Smith. He is survived by his wife, Patti Goodner Smith of Ooltewah; two children: Brian Gilliland and Amanda Gilliland, both of Ooltewah; one granddaughter, Madison Gilliland; two uncles: Bobby Smith of Birchwood, and Harold Smith of Higdon, AL; two aunts: Irene Smith Scroggins of Cleveland, and Evelyn Lewis of Montrose, MI; and several cousins.
