Darrell E Isbel

Darrell E. Isbel, age 49, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Thursday, January 12, 2006 in a Nashville hospital. He was a 1973 graduate of Polk County High School and attended Chestua Baptist Church in Englewood. Darrell was employed with Bowater for 16 years as a pipe fitter and was a member of Steamfitters & Pipefitters Local #43. His father, Walter Isbel, preceded him in death as well as his sister, Charlene Shelton. He is survived by his wife, Janice Isbel of Cleveland; mother Artelle Mantooth of Cleveland; two children: Todd Isbel and Shelly Isbel, both of Cleveland; step-mother, Earbie Isbel of Knoxville; three step-children: Sharon Jovia of Clearwater, FL, Angie Davenport and Stephen Sherrod, both of Knoxville; four grandchildren: Joshua Davenport, Samatha Davenport, Kaitlyn Davenport and Michael Piscitelli; one brother, Eric Hite of Decatur; half-brother, Walter Isbel of Knoxville; two step-brothers and spouses: Vincent and Virginia Ellis and Alan and Pattie Ellis, all of Knoxville; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
