J Paul Young

J. Paul Young, age 74, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Friday, February 3, 2006 in a local hospital. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army serving during the Korean Conflict and was employed with TVA for thirty five years before his retirement. Mr. Young was a member of Broad Street United Methodist Church and also Blackfox Ruritan Club. His parents, Charles Harold and Willie Chase Young, preceded him in death as well as a brother, Harold Young. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Ethel Stephenson Young of Cleveland; three children: Darrell Young, Jana Young Buckner and husband Steve, and Lisa Young Harris and husband Mark, all of Cleveland; one sister, Aileen McDowell of Acworth, GA; one brother, Chunky Young of Cleveland; four grandchildren: Richard Johnson of Cleveland, Nicole Mullinax of Etowah, David Harris of Cleveland, and Rachel Harris of Cleveland; two great-grandchildren: Dakota and Erik Mullinax of Etowah; and several nieces and nephews.
