Donald Caron

December 31, 1932 — April 12, 2006

Donald Gene Caron, age 73, a Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2006 in a local hospital. He moved to Cleveland in October of 2003 and had resided in California for many years and had also resided in Hawaii for four years. He served in the United States Marine Corp for fourteen years. He was a member of a small, beloved to him, Lutheran Church in Blue Mounds, Wisconsin. Don loved all sports. He played hockey and when he was a young man he played for the Madison Wisconsin City Team in Wisconsin. From boyhood, Don always spent his spare time outdoors enjoying hunting, fishing, and loving the world of nature. He loved the beauty of Tennessee. Mr. Caron was the son of the late William and Gertrude Lehman Caron. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Fox Caron of Cleveland; children: Mary Ellen of San Diego, CA, Ruth Lee Caron of Dallas, TX, Donald Caron, Jr., of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Lilana of Dallas, TX and Douglas Caron of Dallas, TX; five step-children; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren survive; one brother and spouse: Peter and Linda Caron of Albuquerque, New Mexico; three nieces and one nephew also survive. A memorial service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, April 30, 2006 at the Cedar Ridge Seventh-day Adventist Church.
