Alnora Ann Covrea

Alnora Ann "Lenore" Covrea, age 76, a resident of Cleveland, TN for the past four years and a former resident of Michigan passed away Monday, June 12, 2006 in a Chattanooga hospital. She was a member of the Michigan Avenue Baptist Church. Mrs. Covrea was the daughter of the late Peter and Clara Gorman and was also preceded in death by two children: Patrice Stedman and Larry Vordary. She is survived by her husband, Richard Covrea of Cleveland; three children: Michael Galia of Commerce Township, Michigan, Walter Giss of New York, New York and Ric Covrea and wife Sharleen of Cleveland, TN; three grandchildren: Rebecca Covrea, Andrea Covrea and Ashley Haddock of Cleveland; one sister, Anita Popoff of Michigan. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Reverend Victor Hayes officiating. Interment will follow in Michigan Avenue Baptist Church Cemetery. Her family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
