Stella Lee Bailey

Stella Lee Bailey, 72, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, July 9, 2014 in a Chattanooga hospital. She was a member of Shenandoah Baptist Church. She enjoyed her church, grandchildren and family.
Mrs. Bailey was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth W. Bailey, Sr.; parents, William F. Slate and Reta Mae Wood Slate ; step daughter, Kim Howell; brother, Billy Floyd Slate and sister, Billy Ann Slate.
She is survived by her four children: Kenneth W. Bailey, Jr. of West Plains, MO, Keith Bailey of Cleveland, Kelly Stewart of Wytheville, VA and Kristy Sullivan of Cleveland; 10 grandchildren; two sisters, Deborah Loemker and Reta Joyce Klein both of Cleveland; several nieces and nephews also survive.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2:00 Saturday, July 12, 2014 at the Shenandoah Baptist Church with Pastor Steve Grubbs and Pastor Ed Klein officiating.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, July 11, 2014 at Ralph Buckner Funeral Home.
