Travis S. Griffith, 73, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Friday, February 28, 2014 at the family residence. He was of the Methodist faith. Travis greatly enjoyed walking with his fellow mall walkers which he did every morning at 9:00 a.m.

Mr. Griffith was the son of the late Clyde Griffith and Ada Collette Griffith and was also preceded in death by one sister, Phyllis Delay, and two brothers, Bill Griffith and Tommy Griffith.

He is survived by his brother, Terry Griffith; sister, Freda Hysinger; sisters-in-law, Frances Griffith and Betty Griffith; nieces: Christy Crutchfield, Debra Bates, Robin Hysinger, Sandra Griffith, Debbie Hughes, Michelle Evans, and Camesa Rakestraw; and nephews: J.J. Hysinger, Billy Griffith, Gary Griffith, Todd Griffith, and Bobby Delay.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 3, 2014 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Reverend Tom Grissom officiating. Interment will follow in Moore’s Chapel Cemetery with Eric Sherlin, Jim Crutchfield, J.J. Hysinger, Chris Bates, Billy Griffith, and Rob Delay serving as pallbearers. The service will conclude with a white dove release ceremony.
