Freida Jean Quinn McMahan, 73, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, May 11, 2014 at her residence. She was born and reared in Cleveland and was a member of Union Grove Church of Christ. She was a graduate of Bradley Central High School, class of 1958.
She was a twenty year employee of Rust Engineering of Birmingham, AL and the past fifteen years with FirstFleet Inc. of Murfreesboro, TN. She was an avid reader and enjoyed NASCAR and the Food Network.

She was preceeded in death by her father, Fred Quinn; grandparents, Frank and Maggie Quinn, John and Zona Parker; and brother-in-law, Donald Whaley.

Survivors include her mother Helen Quinn; daughter Sandy (Chris) Ledbetter of Crossville; sisters: Betty Whaley of Cleveland; Frances (Wade) Hammonds of Georgetown; Margaret (Howard) Stone of Gallatin; Susie (Ralph) Daniel of Cleveland, GA; Phyllis (Edward) Williams of Etowah; grandchildren Ashlee Benton and Justin McMahan of Crossville and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 4:00-7:00 on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at the Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with the funeral service immediately following at 7:00 in the chapel with Minister Steve Hall officiating. Interment will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 14, 2014 in Union Grove Church of Christ Cemetery with Evangelist Roger Campbell officiating. Family members will serve as pallbearers. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service.
