Ruby May Maples

Ruby May Maples, 93, a resident of Warner Robins, Georgia but lived in Cleveland, Tennessee most of her life, passed away peacefully Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at the Peach Belt Nursing Home.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Cecil Tallent and her second husband, Clifton Maples.
She is survived by three sisters, Myrtle Moore, Betty Jo Wilson, Wilma Cunningham, and one brother, Leonard McGuire all of Cleveland, Tennessee. She is survived by her two sons, Harold (Judy) Tallent of Ft. Valley, Georgia and Gene (Anita) Tallent of Warner Robins, Georgia; eight grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday January 9, 2014 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens with a white dove release ceremony concluding the service.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at the funeral home.
