Frank A Rice

Frank Alexander Rice, 63, a resident of Cleveland for the past 10 years and a former resident of Toledo, Ohio, passed away Monday, November 4, 2013 in a Chattanooga hospital. He was of the Lutheran faith. He was retired from General Motors after 31 years of service. He was a veteran of the United States Army and a 32 degree mason in Ohio. Frank was an outstanding husband, father, grandfather and friend. Mr. Rice was the son of the late John and Florence Rice. Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Linda Jacobs Rice of Cleveland; two children, Amber Rice (Jason) and Scott Rice both of Toledo, Ohio; two grandchildren, Jaycee and Torin. The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, November 7, 2013 at Ralph Buckner Funeral Home.
