Dorothy Pearl Sipe, 56, passed away Sunday, September 1, 2013. She was of the Baptist faith. She lived her life in Cleveland and the Georgetown area. God needed a special angel so he called on Dorothy Pearl Sipe this Sunday morning at 3:40 in the nursing home-nine days before her birthday. She is survived by one brother, James L. and wife Charlotte Sipe; three sisters, Glenda E. and husband Kenneth Price, Sandra Marlene and husband Johnny Woods, and Phyllis L. and husband Gary Brown; one sister-in-law, Patricia Sipe; two uncles; one aunt; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 3, 2013, in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Reverend David Evans and Pastor Eric Geren officiating. Interment will follow in Stanfield Cemetery concluding with a white dove release ceremony. The family will receive friends from 5:00 ? 7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 2, 2013, at the funeral home. Even though Dorothy was a special needs child, she was so happy and special in her family?s heart. She laughed all the time and it would cheer you up just to be around her. Dorothy was dearly loved and will be missed. "My time seemed all too brief; don?t lengthen it now with undue grief. Light up your heart and share with me. God wanted me now. He set me free!" We invite you to send a message of condolence and view the Sipe family guestbook at www.ralphbuckner.com.
