Edward Owen Painter

Edward "Eddie" Owen Painter, 52, of Cleveland, passed away Thursday, September 05, 2013 at his residence. He was of the Lutheran faith. He was employed with Jackson Manufacturing for seventeen years. Mr. Painter was preceded in death by his father, Roy Edward Painter and his beloved grandmother, Edna M. Painter. He is survived by his mother, Judy DeLude of Cleveland; two children: Kelli Painter Ledford and husband, Chris and James Edward Painter all of Cleveland; two grandchildren: Madyson Ledford and Braxton Ledford both of Cleveland; former wife, best friend and mother of his children, Melissa Painter Kennedy of Cleveland; one sister, Vicki Botticelli of Cleveland; two nephews: Tony and Alan Botticelli both of Cleveland. Funeral services will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, September 7, 2013 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Minister Vince Norman officiating. Interment will follow in Fort Hill Cemetery with a white dove release ceremony concluding the service. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home prior to the service.
