Jack E. Ensley, 82, of Cleveland, TN, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 18, 2013 surrounded by his loving family. Jack was a proud lifetime member of Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 43. He honorably served his country in the US Navy aboard the USS Missouri during the Korean War. Mr. Ensley was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by parents, Sidney and Janie Ensley; sisters, Beulah Waters, Hazel Ensley, Bonnie Robertson, and Frances Ensley; brothers, O.W.(Shorty), Winfred, Edward and Bert Ensley. Jack is survived by his wife Reba of 59 years of Cleveland; daughter, Renee McKinney and her husband, Bill of Cleveland; grandchildren, Todd Isbel, Shelly and David Jenkins of Cleveland, Michelle and Brandon Voyles of Ringgold, GA; great-grandchildren, Chandler Jenkins, Brenna Voyles, and Brogan Voyles; sister, Judy Epperson of Chattanooga; brother, Billy Ensley of Elyria, Ohio, as well as many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 21, 2013 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Rev. Herbert Conley officiating. Interment will follow in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with military honors. Brandon Voyles, David Jenkins, Pat Ensley, Brian Ensley, Jack Robertson, Randy Wooten and Boyce Watson will serve as pallbearers. Johnny Ensley will serve as honorary pallbearer. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, September 20, 2013 at the funeral home.
