David E. Underwood, 74, a resident of Mayo, FL, passed away August, 08, 2013 in a Cleveland hospital. He was an ordained United Methodist minister and self employed piano tuner. He is survived by his wife, Lillian Mathis Underwood of Mayo: three daughters: Holly Wilson of McAlpin, FL; Jenny Kipper of Cleveland, TN; and Eva Hopkins of Jacksonville, FL. Funeral service and burial will be at Siloam United Methodist Church Cemetery in Lake City, FL. Ralph Buckner Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
