Yvonne Markey Casson

Yvonne Markey Miller Casson, 76, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Saturday, March 10, 2012 in a local healthcare facility. She was of the Baptist faith. She and her late husband, Lawrence L. Casson were the owners and operators of Casson?s Market. Mrs. Casson was the daughter of the late Mark Miller and Anna Lee Ownby Miller and was also preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence L. Casson. She is survived by her three children: Steve Casson, Larry Casson and wife Pam and Cathey Shreve and husband, Randy all of Cleveland; four grandchildren: Josh Casson and wife Therese of California, Jeremy Berggren of Cleveland, Trevor Casson and Lindsey Shreve all of Cleveland; two great grandchildren: Connor and Makenzi Casson of California; three brothers: Clinton Miller and wife Evalene of Dalton, GA, David Miller and wife, Gayla and Eddie Miller and wife Elaine all of Cleveland; three sisters: Hazel Hindman and husband, Herb of Cleveland, Amol Reagan of Cohutta, GA and Beatrice Watson of Cleveland; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Reverend Wilburn Walker and Ann Walker. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 14, 2012 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Reverend Wilburn Walker officiating. Interment will follow in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with Mark Miller, Scott Miller, Roger Hindman, Robbie Hindman, Roger Miller, Danny Reagan, Gary Williams, Stephen Miller, Jeremy Berggren and Ricky Hale serving as pallbearers. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
