Nancy Faye Ledford

Nancy Faye Ledford, 64, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, March 18, 2012 in a local hospital. Nancy loved her family, church family and her neighbors. She served as a Resident Council President for a number of years. She was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, George W. and Reba Cross Wilbanks; husbands, Bob Chadwick and Junior Higdon; brother, Glenn Wilbanks and son, Levi Chadwick. She is survived by her children, Troy Higdon and wife, Katie of Ringgold, GA, Casey Higdon, Bobby Chadwick and wife, Ann Marie, and Shane Chadwick, all of Cleveland; sisters, Georgetta Caudill and husband, Mike of Knoxville, Alma Wilbanks and fiancé, Robert Baker of Cleveland and, brother, Michael Wilbanks of Knoxville; grandchildren Haley Higdon, Kristina Kilgore, Kassidy Kilgore and Bobby Chadwick. Many devoted nieces and nephews as well as much loved aunts and uncles also survive. Funeral services will be at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Pastor Joe Hanshaw officiating. Interment will follow in New Friendship Cemetery with Mike Caudill, Drew Owens, Robert Baker, Kai Caton Harris, Keith Wilbanks and Jason Smith serving as pallbearers. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service. The family will receive friends from 5:00 ? 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at the funeral home.
