Nellie W Jones

Nellie W. Jones, 91, a resident of Cumberland Furnace, TN and formerly a resident of Cleveland went to be with our Lord on Saturday, April 21, 2012 in a Dixon, TN healthcare facility. Nellie was retired from Duracell and of the Baptist faith. She loved NASCAR and gardening. In addition to her parents, Jess and Alpha Wills she was preceded in death by her husbands, Leland Carlton and Floyd Jones; infant brother Eunice Wills, brother, Ralph Wills, Clinton Wills and sister, Eulalia Geren. She is survived by her son, Roy Carlton of Cumberland, Furnace, TN; five grandchildren: Randy Carlton of Cleveland, TN, Roy Carlton, Jr. of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Matthew Carlton of Monticello, IL, Rene Carden of St. Augustine, FL and Rachel Maison of Cleveland, Ohio; six great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Jo Wills; special friends, Juanita Cooper and Wendy Setlich A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at the Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with Reverend Johnny Hood officiating. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service. Ralph Buckner Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
