Vickie Ogle Gardner, 51, a resident of Springfield and a former resident of Cleveland, TN passed away Saturday, February 18, 2012 in Nashville. She was a beloved mother, family member, friend, and an avid pet lover and was of the Baptist faith. She was the advertising director with Power Source Magazine for twelve years where her work and kindness touched many lives. Mrs. Gardner was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Rex Gardner who passed away on April 6, 1991 and also her father, Reverend Leonard A. Ogle; two brothers, Jim Ogle and Ray Ogle. She is survived by her mother, Wilma Guy Ogle of Cleveland; one daughter and son-in-law, Amber and Jason Abendroth of Goodlettsville; her beloved canine friend, Zues; three sisters: Faye Wheless of Athens, Brenda Higgins and husband, Gene of Nashville and Shelia Stinnett and husband Leonard of Marietta, GA; three brothers, Leonard A. Ogle, Jr. and wife Jean of Knoxville, Danny Ogle and wife Phyllis and Dennis Ogle all of Charleston; many nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 22, 2012 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Jason Higgins officiating. Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Jim Guy, Mark Guy, Derrick Ogle, Craig Stinnett, Stacy Ogle and Phillip Ellis serving as pallbearers.
