Gail Rebecca Trotter Gail Rebecca Trotter, 67, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Friday, October 21, 2011, in a local hospital. She was a member of South Cleveland United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ed Trotter and Julia Vaughn. She is survived by her daughter Whitney Peels, three grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, October 24, 2011, at the South Cleveland United Methodist Church with Rev. David Massengill officiating.
