Ora America Mullins, 81, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, September 4, 2011, at her home. She was a lifelong resident of Bradley County and a member of New Hope Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Sara Trentham Jones, as well as husbands: George E. Hembree and James H. Mullins, two brothers: Sherman Jones and George Jones, and two sisters: Nora Spurling and Ethel Cross. She is survived by her children: Billy R. Hembree, Sandra Sue Ross and husband Toby, Earl L. Hembree and wife Darlene, Roger Hembree and wife Fay, Linda Baliles, Tommy Hembree, Rosie Staton, and Tonnia Davenport and husband Greg; twenty two grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and several great-great grandchildren; sister, Elsie Bruce; and nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 7, 2011, in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Reverend Johnny Prater and Reverend Tim Crowden officiating. Interment will follow in Hembree Cemetery in Copperhill, TN concluding with a white dove release ceremony. Her family will receive friends from 6 ? 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
